Since we will be having a season, ALL registered athletes and volunteers must complete our online COVID-19 Form. Within the form, you will be able to complete the required COVID-19 Supplemental Waiver if you plan to participate or request a refund if you plan not to participate. 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM - Fundraising Order Forms & Payments Due - Those that choose to participate in the cookie dough fundraiser must turn in their order form and collected payments during draft day (even for players in divisions that do not have a draft). If your form and payments are not turned in at this time, your deposit will be forfeited to PYB.
